Cancellation & Refund Policy

"Busybox" or "Zita" believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore implemented a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order.
- The cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed and shipped by vendors/merchants.
2. Perishable Items
"Busybox" or "Zita" does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds/replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has verified the issue.
4. Product Not as Expected
If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
5. Warranty Issues
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by "Busybox" or "Zita", it will take 6-8 days for the amount to be processed and credited to the end customer.
